Illness Abroad
Hopefully your trip will be an enjoyable one without any mishaps but sometimes accidents do happen abroad. For example, if you take a fall and need medical attention, you may be able to receive treatment at your destination, but you might also have to be flown home early. Make sure you contact your travel insurance provider ASAP and contact your SkyClub concierge should you need an extended stay or a speedy flight home.
Other Issues
Can’t make the trip? If you need to send a colleague in your place to attend that all important meeting, contact us to have the passenger names changed, without incurring hefty costs. And if there’s no-one else to take your place, we can talk you through the cancellation process, whilst trying to reduce the pitfalls as much as possible.
